Join Austin Belles & Chimes for a whole weekend of pinball tournaments and fun solely for women and non-binary folks at our first annual SUMMER SCHOOL!

2:00pm OPTIONAL Group tour at Multimorphic
5:00pm Venue opens to participants for warm up/practice
6:00pm SAVED BY THE BELL, Beat the Clock group match play
9:30pm POP QUIZ, Don’t Be Last finals
11:59pm Venue Closes

Saturday, July 18th
9:30am Venue opens to participants for warm up/practice
10:00am STANDARDIZED TESTING, main group match play tournament part 1, 4 rounds of 2 games each
1:00pm Lunch Break
2:00pm STANDARDIZED TESTING, part 2, 4 rounds of 2 games each
5:00pm Dinner Break
7:00pm HOMECOMING, Max Matchplay party tournament, no finals
11:59pm Venue Closes

Sunday, July 19th
9:30am Venue opens to participants for warm up/practice
10:00am FINAL EXAMS, PAPA finals
10:30am EXTRA CREDIT, strikes tournament

Other details

  • Refund policy – If you need to cancel, which is a total bummer, then the APC entry portion of your total entry fees ($40 for the whole weekend for non-APC members) is fully refundable until 12:01am on 7/15/26. The remainder of the entry fees are only refundable with cancellation by 12:01am on 7/1/26.
  • Parking – as the venue is an office building, there is ample parking. Park in the north side lot to easily reach the preferred entry door (if you can see the Sonic and Whataburger, you’re on the right side!).
  • Streaming – APC plans to stream the events on their own Twitch channel. Please only enter the booth to commentate if invited by someone from APC or Austin Belles & Chimes leadership. 
  • Spectators – the section of APC we’ll be using for our tournaments will be unavailable to anyone not participating in the tournament except for APC leadership and official volunteers. A section of APC will remain open for APC members and guests. 
  • Inclusivity – Austin Belles & Chimes, in keeping with IFPA’s gender inclusion policy, explicitly welcomes all women, female-identifying folks, and non-binary folks unequivocally to all of our events.
